Backstory
Carlos is a transfer student in his junior year from Marlon High School. He was forced over by Irina to spy on Banica Conchita. During this, he went under the name of 'Joseph Crim'. Over time, he fell in love with the girl and eventually began dating her. Marlon High, he was the most popular kid.
Personality
Carlos is rather bold if you get to know him, but he tends to act shy. If he likes you, he tends to stutter and pause. Due to his job and school life, he is timid from stress. As a result of this, he runs from class to class and constantly runs into people. He is truly nerdy and likes the occasional video game to calm himself.
Skills
If Carlos can't find a way around a Pokémon, he will flip. Despite his spy position and strategic skills, he can't work his way around an oven. The best he can do is a sandwich. He is also a bit clumsy and will fall if he is not careful. (Doubt he is ever 'not careful') This tends to get him hurt. A lot. In his younger years, he was also sick often, so is used to anything viruses throw at him. (Tht makes his little elixer the only thing he manages to make right. -shot-)

Carlos doesn't understand modern trends, so tends to wear loose t-shirts and jeans.
He constantly runs his hand along his face because his real face was lost in a surgery to replace (the now dead) Joseph's face with his.

Another year, another hundred something days to get yourself killed.
I have been out of the loop. I locked myself in the house for hours on end, waiting to see if everything is over.
I haven't seen Banica. It would have been nice to see her. To help get out of this slump.
On another note, I finished the National Pokedex. Yeah.

He walked up to the blunette, It had certainly been a while since he had seen the boy. He noticed that the boy looked rather different from the first time they met. "Yo. How's it going?" Held, was his voice always that quiet? He could hardly hear himself!
He glances over his shoulder. The blunette's eyes looked much colder. Obviously, something happened since he last saw him trying to kill himself. "What was that?" he asked, "I have a condition called 'I don't give a fuck.'" He turned away, fixing his shirt a bit.
"Eh?!" Did Pale do something? "I was just asking how it was going. Sorry..." Though he didn't know why, he did know that he was suddenly very afraid of this kid. He didn't have enough fight in him to even act unfazed. What was that school doing to people now...?
He obviously didn't know that he tried to quit his job. With that, he was almost killed. No one had sympathy for the almost dead. Therefore, here he is. "What? What do you want, Noel?"
